How do I create and append a signature file to my messages?

With Mozilla, you can add a text file, or HTML file to your messages for each identity. You will see it in the message body, when composing messages.

To create a signature file, you can use any text editor to compose it, then save it as either a TXT or HTML file.

To have one of your identities use it;
- go to Edit -> Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings -> <your account name here>
- check mark "Attach this signature"
- click on "Choose", and select the signature file you created earlier.
