How do I remove only ONE entry from the location bar history?

Close Mozilla, go to your profile folder, and open the file localstore.rdf in Wordpad. Search for the text nc:urlbar-history, after which you will find an a entry for each URL. Delete the entry you wish to get rid of, and save your changes.
